Born and raised in Ventura, CA, Lissette Morgan brings over 20 years of dedicated
experience in clinical operations from both the private sector and the healthcare
industry. Renowned for her excellence, Lissette has successfully led numerous clinical
operational initiatives across the US and European countries, ensuring the highest
standards of patient care and regulatory compliance. Her work in provider relations has
strengthened partnerships and improved healthcare outcomes on both continents.
Throughout her career, Lissette has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic
planning skills, overseeing multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects from
inception to completion. Her expertise spans clinical implementation management,
process improvement, and quality assurance, making her a pivotal figure in advancing
clinical compliance, regulatory adherence, and operational efficiency.
Lissette holds an MBA from NYU Stern, equipping her with a robust understanding of
business management and strategic decision-making. This academic background,
combined with her extensive hands-on experience, has enabled her to drive significant
improvements in clinical operations, optimizing resource allocation and enhancing
overall productivity.
In addition to her professional achievements, Lissette is deeply committed to community
service. She has worked with special needs children for over a decade, providing
cognitive and speech therapy, conducting I.E.P assessments, and making a lasting
impact on the lives of many families.
Currently, Lissette Morgan serves as an ASO 3 Administrative Manager and Human
Resources Liaison at the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety. In this role, she
leverages her extensive experience to drive operational excellence and foster a culture
of safety and compliance. Her background as Director of operations and strategic
management enables her to implement innovative solutions, streamline processes, and
enhance team collaboration. This unique blend of skills ensures that initiatives not only
